What’s on the Menu {11/12 – 11/16}

I hope you all had a nice weekend.  Dylan and I got a lot done over the weekend around the house.  We even got to indulge in a few episodes of “Revenge”, which we’ve been watching on Netflix recently.

Monday – Leftovers.  Dylan and I made a roast chicken last night, so we are going to enjoy the leftovers.

Tuesday – Veggie Chow Mein from William Sonoma with a store-bought egg roll.

Wednesday – Tacos.  I like to use ground beef and mix in black beans. Hopefully I can find a few ripe avocados to go with it.

Thursday – Eating out after we run a few errands.

Friday – Mexican Frittata from Good Housekeeping served alongside Roasted Cauliflower with Cilantro, Lime, and Red Chile from REM Cooks.
